SCREAMING EAGLES OF WWII ACTIVITIES 2001 - 2005

2001
Involvement in finding the crash site of Pathfinder plane 981 in Retie, Belgium. Eventually this led to the unveiling of a monument to crew and pathinders of the 101st Airborne Division. A more detailed report on this later.

2003
Plans for Operation Torch were born. Operation Torch is the knickname given to the idea of finding a way to get younger generations (none-WWII) to continue the tight bond which originated between the liberators of WWII and civilians.
