Terms and conditions
Registration
Only by means of the registration form supplied through the Screaming Eagles of WWII Foundation.
Registrations will be accepted until August 1st, 2008, in which case full payment needs to accompany registration.
Payment and cancellation
Total payment of $ 2,500,00 (based on double occupancy) is due in 3 installments:
$ 250,00 deposit on registration.
$ 1.250,00 due by May 31st, 2008.
$ 1.000,00 due by July 31st, 2008.
Participants may cancel their registration up to August 1st, 2008 in which case a refund will be given for the payments
received, minus $ 100,00 non-refundable deposit.
In case the Screaming Eagles of WWII Foundation decides to cancel the tour, a full refund will apply
(including the $ 100,00 deposit). All participants will be informed before August 1st, 2008.
Prices given are based on an exchange rate dating January 15th, 2008. If, by July 15th, 2008, this exchange rate
exceeds 5% or more of the original exchange rate, an additional charge will be added to the total amount due.
However, in this case registrants may cancel the trip before August 1st, 2008, entitling them to a refund of total payments
including the $ 100,00 non-refundable deposit.

Travel insurance / Liability
Participants are advised to buy travel insurance, including insurance against cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Screaming Eagles of WWII Foundation accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of personal effects or injury.
Airfare
Transatlantic airfare is NOT included. Participants arriving and/or departing on different dates than September 12th, 2008
and September 23th, 2008 will need to ensure alternative transport and accommodation to join the tour.
Hotel room
Extra charge for single occupancy of hotel room is $ 400,00.
On registration form, please state clearly if single occupancy is required.
Non-smoking policy
By Dutch law, the Screaming Eagles of WWII Foundation is required to enhance a smoke free environment.
This means NO SMOKING will be allowed during communal activities such as busride, party, meals and hotel accommodation.
Confirmation
The Screaming Eagles of WWII Foundation will confirm all registrations upon receipt of $ 250,00 deposit.
Availability is limited to 30 - 35 persons. Participation will be confirmed in order of receipt of payments.
