Terms and Conditions

Registration
Only by means of the registration form supplied through the Screaming Eagles of WWII Foundation. Registrations will be accepted until June 1st, 2009, in which case full payment needs to accompany registration.

Payment and cancellation
Total payment of $ 3,000,00 (based on double occupancy):
$ 500,00 deposit on registration.
The remaining $ 2,500,00 payment is due before June 1st, 2009. Participants may cancel their registration up to June 1st, 2009 in which case a refund will be given for the payments received, minus $ 100,00 non-refundable deposit covering administrative and banking costs.

In case the Screaming Eagles of WWII Foundation decides to cancel the tour, a full refund will apply (including the $ 100,00 deposit).
All participants will be informed before June 1st, 2009.

Credit card payments available from January 2009.

Travel insurance / Liability
Participants are advised to buy travel insurance, including insurance against individual cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Screaming Eagles of WWII Foundation accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of personal effects or injury.

Airfare
Transatlantic airfare is NOT included. Participants arriving and/or departing on different dates than September 8th, 2009 and
September 22nd, 2009 will need to ensure alternative transport and accommodation to join the tour.

Hotel room
Tour price is based on double occupancy of hotel rooms. Extra charge for single occupancy of hotel room is $ 400,00.
On registration form, please state clearly if single occupancy is required.

Transport / Catering
Tour price covers all communal transport and catering (breakfast/lunch/dinner).
Standard drinks will be included with all meals. All other drinks or catering are billed separately.
NOTE: costs for the Welcome Party in WWII-style are included.

Non-smoking policy
By Dutch law, the Screaming Eagles of WWII Foundation is required to enhance a smoke free environment.
This means NO SMOKING will be allowed during communal activities such as busride, party, meals and hotel accommodation.

Confirmation
The Screaming Eagles of WWII Foundation will confirm registrations upon receipt of $ 500,00 deposit.
Availability is limited to 40 - 45 persons.
Participation will be confirmed in order of receipt of payments.
